1. Are you manufacturer?

Yes, we are both manufacturer and foreign trade company, cooperating with many famous brand suppliers. Welcome to visit our factory.

2. What's the payment method do you accept?

We accept L/C, TT, etc. If you have special requirement, welcome to contact us.

3. What's the lead time and delivery time for your generator?

Usually 15-35 days for lead time. Delivery time is according to your choice of shipping method.

4. Will you test your generators or engines before shipped?

Yes, every product will be tested individually in our test lab and test report and test video can be provided.

5. What's the power range you can make for generator?

10-1000 kW is normal choice for customers. For other customized power, welcome to contact us.

6. Which fields or what's the application of your generator?

According to different power, the natural gas generator, biogas generator,biomass generator and LPG generator can be used in residential, industrial, animal husbandry,marine, generating, power plant, etc. If any special application project, welcome to contact us firstly.

7. What is the warranty ?

The standard warranty is 12months or 1500 running hours whichever occurred first.
Any damaged parts during warranty period can be shipped free by express to you.
And we will offer life time technological support and trouble shooting service.
