Our Solution:

SINO ENERGY delivered five 500kW natural gas generator sets, each powered by the YC6CN series engine, designed for long-hour industrial load conditions.

The system included:

• Grid-isolated island operation mode

• High-efficiency gas engine with optimized combustion

• Centralized control cabinet with load sharing and peak shaving logic

• Exhaust system with silencer and emission-friendly configuration

• Fuel line connected to on-site gas supply

Performance:

Fuel efficiency testing confirmed excellent conversion rates — on average, 1 Nm³ of natural gas generates 3.8 kWh of electricity. All five units have been running in parallel since commissioning, maintaining factory-wide power without interruption.
