Our Solution:
SINOENERGY installed one 350kW generator set powered by a YC6TDN engine. The package included:

• Custom waste gas intake filtration & regulation

• CHP system with heat exchangers for hot water and steam

• Full SCADA with remote access for diagnostics

• Anti-corrosion design for high-H₂ or VOC-rich gas

• Grid-parallel operation with real-time power adjustment

Performance & Feedback:

Since commissioning in May 2024, the CHP system has operated over 3,200 hours with high thermal efficiency and no major faults. Electricity output averages 3.5 kWh per Nm³ of gas input.

The client praised its clean emissions, stable integration with the waste gas line, and cost savings compared to traditional boilers and grid power.
