Our Solution:

SINO ENERGY supplied a complete 250kW natural gas generator set in June 2024. The system was powered by a high-performance Yuchai gas engine with industrial-grade alternator and advanced control panel. The generator is enclosed in a weatherproof and soundproof container, designed to operate efficiently in outdoor high-temperature environments (up to 45°C ambient).

Key configuration highlights include:

• Fully automatic ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) for seamless switching between grid and genset

• Gas-air mixer optimized for local gas composition

• Integrated remote monitoring system via 4G module

• 1000L on-site gas buffer tank and pressure regulation skid

• Exhaust system with stainless steel flexible connections and silencer

SINOENERGY engineers provided detailed foundation drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions. Remote video commissioning was supported by local technicians trained by our team.

Performance & Feedback:
The power station has been operating continuously since Q1 2024, with zero major faults. Customers reported the system runs smoothly with high uptime, good gas-electricity conversion ratio, and low maintenance cost.
