SINOENERGY supplied a omplete 250kW natural gas generator set in June 2024. The system was powered by a high-performance Yuchai gas engine with industrial-grade alternator and advanced control panel. The generator is enclosed in a weatherproof and soundproof container, designed to operate efficiently in outdoor high-temperature environments (up to 45°C ambient).

Key configuration highlights include:

• Fully automatic ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) for seamless switching between grid and genset

• Gas-air mixer optimized for local gas composition

• Integrated remote monitoring system via 4G module

• 1000L on-site gas buffer tank and pressure regulation skid

• Exhaust system with stainless steel flexible connections and silencer

SINOENERGY engineers provided detailed foundation drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions. Remote video commissioning was supported by local technicians trained by our team.

As of July 2025, the generator has accumulated more than 3,800 hours of operation with a daily runtime averaging 12–18 hours. The unit has proven to be highly reliable, with stable voltage and frequency, fuel efficiency of approximately 0.42 Nm³/kWh, and minimal maintenance requirements.
The customer expressed strong satisfaction, especially with the noise reduction performance and automated control system. In March 2025, they placed an additional order for a 400kW unit to power their new weaving plant under construction.
