Our Solution:
SINOENERGY provided a turnkey 1MW distributed power solution composed of four 250kW YC6KN natural gas generator sets. The project included full mechanical and electrical integration, covering genset skid installation, control system configuration, and gas pipeline interface.

Key features of the system include:

• Advanced control cabinet with automatic synchronization and load sharing algorithm

• Remote monitoring capabilities via GSM/4G modules

• Noise-controlled soundproof enclosures suitable for industrial zones

• Optimized intake and exhaust system for improved engine efficiency and environmental compliance

• Site-adapted gas conditioning skid to stabilize pressure and filter impurities

Performance & Feedback:
After commissioning in May 2024, the generator sets were connected to the factory’s internal distribution network and began supplying all workshop and lighting loads. Within the first 3 months, the system accumulated over 2,100 operating hours with no forced shutdowns reported.

Gas consumption tests showed that each Nm³ of gas delivered approximately 3.5 kWh of electricity, indicating excellent fuel efficiency. The customer reported a 48% drop in energy costs compared to previous diesel operations, along with significant improvements in voltage stability and equipment protection.
