Our Solution:
SINOENERGY delivered two high-performance 1500kW generator sets powered by 20V160 gas engines. The complete solution included:
Dual-unit synchronization with master-slave control logic
Combined heat and power (CHP) interface reserved for future recovery
Full containerized enclosures designed for cold Russian winters
Redundant fuel pressure regulation system
PLC-based control panel with Russian-language HMI and SCADA
SINOENERGY also provided on-site installation guidance, grid load protection logic, and remote diagnostic access.
Performance & Feedback:
Commissioned in December 2023, the power station has since accumulated over 4,500 running hours with no major faults. The plant achieved an average fuel efficiency of 4.1 kWh per Nm³ of natural gas.
The customer emphasized their satisfaction with system reliability, automation level, and the low noise design of the enclosures, calling it "a model for future plant-wide energy transitions."
